29 CFR 1917.43(e)(3): Forks, fork extensions, and other attachments on fork lift trucks were not secured so that they could not be accidentally dislodged. (a) On or about January 30, 2014 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from the use of the Hyster lift truck model H35XM, serial number E001H01745Y with loose forks. The fork pins were corroded causing a loose attachment.
