(b) Storage bins: On or about January 29, 2014, and at time prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards from the unguarded pulley on the black framed auger with the green motor. (c) J208-36 auger: On or about January 29, 2014, and at time prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards from the unguarded pulley. (d) Storage bins: On or about January 29, 2014, and at time prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards from the unguarded pulley on the black framed auger with the grey motor.
