Sections of the roof on the north-west had no parapet wall.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, outlet boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) This violation was discovered on or about 02/03/14, on the ground floor the building at 1680 Kapiolani Blvd. Honolulu, HI; where a panel cover for an electrical breaker in the utility room of the management office was missing. b) This violation was discovered on or about 02/03/14, on the south-east side of parking lot at 1680 Kapiolani Blvd. Honolulu, HI; where a cover for an outlet box on the second floor stairway to the ground floor was missing. c) This violation was discovered on or about 02/03/14, on the second floor west end ceiling of parking lot at 1680 Kapiolani Blvd. Honolulu, HI; where a cover for an outlet box on the second floor ceiling next to the exit stair case was missing.
