Roese Contracting Co., Inc. on or about February 03, 2014, at the address of 610 Central Ave. Toledo, OH: The employer failed to ensure employees were easily visible to vehicular traffic by ensuring all employees wore high visibility garments while working near or in an active roadway at an excavation. Due to this condition, employees walking and working parallel to the roadway were exposed to potential struck-by injuries caused from a vehicular collision.
