29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: Reddy Ice Corporation, 624 Moreno Street, Gainesville, GA - On or about 1/28/14, the employee working on the ammonia refrigeration system was provided and required to use a 3M full face respirator. Fit testing was conducted in 2012 but not in 2013. Reddy Ice Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315481457, citation number 3, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/21/2012, with respect to a workplace located at .
