29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    Laundry Area: Employees working with, and exposed to, corrosive laundry chemicals did not have access to facilities suitable to deliver quick drenching of the eyes in the event of a chemical splash.

Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident:       Third floor, Storage Room: An electrical panel that energizes lights and other electrical equipment did not have the circuit breakers adequately labelled in the event of an emergency.
