29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  Kerstetter Homes, LLC. 488 Spoon Court, Grand Junction CO 81507: On or before January 29, 2014 the controlling employer did not ensure frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, materials, and equipment were conducted by a competent person in that multiple defiencies were noted with the scaffolding used by the stucco contractor. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to falls and struck-by hazards associated with working on the single tier scaffold.
