29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end: a. On or about February 03, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, two employees were working on/from the outrigger area of a supported scaffold, for which the outrigger extended over the scaffold support more than 12 inches and the outrigger platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the outrigger platform is able to support employees and/or materials without tipping.
