OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:       Employees of AIS Graphic Services, Inc. were exposed to a fall hazard approximately 7 feet 6 inches while using a portable fiberglass six foot stepladder to gain access to the top of the press. The fiberglass six foot stepladder was approximately 18 inches below the top edge of the press and the employees stepped on the top step and top cap to reach the press.
