29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: a) Building No. 13 and 14 - On or about 01/28/2014, building engineers performing routine maintenance and repair to HVAC equipment were exposed to a 10 ft. fall from the flat roofs three of one-story buildings and were not provided with fall protection and/or standard guarrails. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
