29 CFR 1910.24(f): All treads were not reasonably slip-resistant and the nosings were not of nonslip finish. The rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs, including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: On or before 02/02/2014 the stair treads were defective in that, the nosing was cracked with missing pieces and did not have a nonslip finish. The rise height of the fixed stairs leading to the basement area was not consistent throughout and varied between 7. 5 to 7.75 inch.
