Ramon & Sons, Inc., demolition contractor did not identify asbestos containing weatherproofing material behind CMU and did not consider this material presumed asbestos containing material for a building constructed in 1973 and did not notify Beyer Mechanical employees of the asbestos containing building material in the exterior wall.         d)  The YMCA Building, old gym:  On or about January 13, 2014 and at times prior to, J.R. Ramon & Sons, Inc., demolition contractor did not identify asbestos containing weatherproofing material behind CMU and did not consider this material presumed asbestos containing material for a building constructed in 1973 and did not notify Automatic Fire Protection employees of the asbestos containing building material in the exterior wall.        e)  The YMCA Building, old gym:  On or about January 13, 2014 and at times prior to, J.R. Ramon & Sons, Inc., demolition contractor did not identify asbestos containing weatherproofing material behind CMU and did not consider this material presumed asbestos containing material for a building constructed in 1973 and did not notify FAK Painting employees of the asbestos containing building material in the exterior wall.         f)  The YMCA Building, old gym:  On or about January 13, 2014 and at times prior to, J.R. Ramon & Sons, Inc. did not inform Automatic Fire Protection of the presence, location, and quantitiy of ACM of newly discovered asbestos containing material (ACM) at the worksite within 24 hours of discovery.        d)  The YMCA Building 905 N St Marys St San Antonio TX:  On or about January 13, 2014 and at times prior to, J.R. On all construction worksites covered by this standard, the employer shall designate a competent person, having the qualifications and authorities for ensuring worker safety and health required by Subpart C, General Safety and Health Provisions for Construction (29 CFR 1926.20 through 1926.32).            The YMCA building, old gym:  On or about January 13, 2014, when class II asbestos containing weatherproofing material was demoed, removed, and hauled off there was no competent person to supervise and ensure worker safety and health for work containing asbestos materials exposing employees to asbestos inhalation.
