29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. 1. In the production area, behind tank #7 on the west wall, there was a 120/240 volt panel box with four (4) unused openings located inside of the breaker box. Employees were exposed to physical contact with live parts.
