29 CFR 1910.29(f)(3): Steps were uniformly spaced, and sloped, with a rise of not less than nine (9) inches, nor more than ten (10) inches, but had a depth of less than seven (7) inches. The slope of the steps section was not a minimum of fifty-five (55) degrees and a maximum of sixty (60) degrees measured from the horizontal: The picking cart mobile ladder stand steps had a slope of greater than 60 degrees.
