29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At the jobsite, an employee working from a JLG model 400S aerial lift was exposed to an approximate 20 foot fall hazard, in that, a restraint device was not utilized. Observed on or about February 6, 2014.
