29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:  (a) At Stanton Manufacturing Company, Inc. on or about February 6, 2014 in the saw mill area dust on elevated surfaces was found to be over 3/8" deep.  Dust had been tested and found to be explosive with a pressure ratio of 7.86.  (b) At Stanton Manufacturing Company, Inc. on or about February 6, 2014 in the glue up area dust on elevated surfaces was found to be over 1/8" deep.  Dust had been tested and found to be explosive with a pressure ratio of 7.86.  (c) At Stanton Manufacturing Company, Inc. on or about February 6, 2014 the dust on the floor that was over the thickness of a paperclip covered approximately one third of the floor in the primary manufacturing area.  Dust around machines was several inches deep.  Dust had been tested and found to be explosive with a pressure ratio of 7.86.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:  (a) At Stanton Manufacturing Co., Inc. on or about February 6, 2014 an unused opening on the top of each of two electrical boxes was not effectively closed.  The openings were over 1 inch in diameter and on the top side of each box.  Both boxes were located above the the large band saw in the saw mill area of the plant.
