Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. An internal audit was not performed to ensure de-energization procedures were being properly implemented, on or about February 20, 2014.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.    Versatek Enterprises, Llc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number113739288, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/24/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 508 Front Street, Lititz, PA 17543.
