29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    (a) Kitchen:  On or about 3/20/14 the employer did not provide tempered water to the eye wash stations adjacent to work areas where corrosive materials including Ecolab Lime-a-way are used.    (b) Laundry:  On or about 3/20/14 the employer did not provide tempered water to the eye wash stations adjacent to work areas where corrosive materials including Ecolab Tri Star Laundry Neutralizer are used.

29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(3)(i): When there was occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens, the employer did not provide, at no cost to the employee, appropriate personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, gloves, gowns, laboratory coats, face shields, masks, eye protection, mouthpieces, resuscitation bags, pocket masks, or other ventilation devices:  (a) Laundry:  On or about 3/20/14 the employer had not provided appropriate hand protection to protect the employees from the hazard of potentially handling sharps soiled laundry.
