29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: a) At the electrical substation construction site in Arcadia, WI; The liquefied petroleum storage tank that was located outdoors, was located near the manbasket for the Pettibone lift and where the Pettibone lift is stored. The tank did was not protected or marked with a visible barrier.
