(b) Shop: On or about February 4, 2014 and times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while working on or around the unguarded Summit 19-4X80 Horizontal Lathe. (c) Shop: On or about February 4, 2014 and times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while working on or around the unguarded Lagun Republic Milling Machine.
