29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     a) Rt 130 & Fieldsboro Rd., Bordentown:  Four LDA Contractor employees installing roof shingles on a 4 story new construction apartment building without any form of fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of over 40 feet from the roof's edge to the ground.  Observed on or about 2/6/2014.
