29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4): Outlet devices did not have an ampere rating not less than the load to be served and shall comply with the following provisions:  a. Second Floor (Room 207): The employer directly plugged three high-current electrical appliances into a Model Number BB-06-5 relocatable power tap equipped with a 15 ampere circuit breaker. These electrical appliances included a GE Turntable Microwave Oven (approximately 960 Watts), a Black and Decket Toast-R-Oven (Model Number TRO964, 1200 Watts), and a Sanyo Compact Refrigator Model Number SR-3620; 3660. The relocatable power tap was not designed for high power loads which can exceed the recommended ampere rating of this device, exposing employees to electrical shock. Observed on or about February 5, 2014
