29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. On or about February 4, 2014, at the above located workplace, in the dock area employees regularly transport shipments of corrosive chemicals such as sulfuric acid. An adequate eyewash was not provided in the dock area for quick drenching and flushing of the eyes.
