29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used  (a)  Second Floor Building Number 1 - Employees utilized a Dewalt 7 1/4 inch circular saw with a damaged cord to cut lumber.  The outside insulation for the power cord was cut through to the conductors and the employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard, on or about February 6, 2014.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
