29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system.    a) Job Site: On or about February 3, 2014, and at times prior thereto, two employees were observed sheathing a 4 in 12 pitch roof of a pole barn building structure without use of fall protection and exposed to an approximate 18 foot fall hazard.       NOTE: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
