OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employement and a place of employement which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard:  On or about February 4, 2014, at 1133 McCoys Creek, Grovetown, Georgia:  Two employees performing stone work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8-feet and greater when they used a job-made wooden ladder that was not at least 16-inches wide and of a uniform width the entire length of the ladder.
