29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.   a) The employer failed to provide documentation and certification for abatement citation 1 item 3 in which employees, not supplied with fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 11 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below when walking the building's exterior wall top plates when performing roof truss placement and installation activities.  These employees had not received any fall protection training form the company.  Condition observed on or about 02/07/14.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a- 3848 Quakerbridge Road, Hamilton NJ: Employees, not wearing head protection, were exposed to struck by and head injuries when working along side and beneath wooden trusses that were being delivered by the worksite crane.  Condition observed on or about 02/07/14.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a- 3848 Quakerbridge Road, Hamilton NJ: Employees, not supplied with fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 11 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below when walking the building's exterior wall top plates when performing roof truss placement and installation activities.  These employees had not received any fall protection training form the company.  Condition observed on or about 02/07/14.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
