29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about 02/05/2014, at 1400 Collins Avenue, in Miami Beach, employees who were applying stucco to a building were not wearing hardhats exposing them to the hazard of a head injury. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
