29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: 700 A-D Press Room: 1) Conveyor belt and roller pinchpoints of the conveyor between the crusher and the stacker of the 700 A line were not guarded. 2) Pinchpoints created by the quarterfolder of the 7430 C line were not guarded. Press Room, Near the Offices: The rotating shaft of the crusher of the 7450 E line was not guarded.
