29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) for employees operating the Cambridge Automatic Bench Staking Press (Model # AE 2000, Serial # 3506) located in the Mechanical Assembly Area, as observed on or about, 02/10/14. In that the press was inadequately guarded (the ring guard was improperly adjusted) allowing the operator's hands/fingers into the point of operation.
