A Relocatable Power Tap (strip) was plugged into a receptacle in that box and through a series of extension cords supplied power to a Ridgid Abrasive Wheel Cut-Off Saw. The use of the unmounted box laying on the floor is prohibited by the National Electric Code, and the Relocatable Power Tap (strip) is not listed for use on construction sites.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

The Cut-Off saw was connected to 120 volt-ac power via a series of two extension cords, the first of which was Relocatable Power Tap (strip) plugged into a receptacle of a 2-receptacle outlet box laying on the floor. The plug on the power cord of the saw lacked a ground prong.      NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
