29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches, whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) M. Timm Development, Inc. at 950 Grandview Meadows Drive, Building M, Longmont, CO 80503: On or before February 10, 2014, the employer did not ensure that the stairs used to access the second floor in Units 203 and 207 included at least one handrail. Each set of stairs included 17 steps that were 6.5 inches high and 42 inches wide, and had open studded walls on both sides. Condition exposed framing subcontractor employees to slips, trips, and fall hazards of up to 9 feet 2 inches.
