29 CFR 1926.34(a): Building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied:  LOCATION: BERKLEY-DIGHTON BRIDGE, DIGHTON MA:   Instance A) The steel ramp, between the barge and Dighton gangways, was obstructed in that seven plates, approximetly 5.25" high, patially or completely obstucted the ramp.  Instance B) The area used to access the fixed ladder on the Link Belt crane barge (MA #38) was obstucted by a 4 1/2" steel rail, which created a tripping hazard for employees accessing and egressing this barge via the fixed ladder.
