On or about February 11, 2014, at the east side storage area of the above addressed jobsite, a refrigerator (i.e. Sanyo) lacked a ground prong on its attachment plug, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.     b.  On or about February 11, 2014, at the east side storage area of the above addressed jobsite, a fan was energized from an electrical receptacle which lacked a connection to ground, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
