29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): The employer did not provide adequate washing facilities for employees engaged in the application of paints, coatings, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants may be harmful to the employees.  Such facilities were not in near proximity to the worksite and was not equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances:      Location: Worksite    Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals and were not provided with adequate washing factilities to remove such substances in case of conctact.   The products in use contained chemicals capable of causing acute skin and eye irritation, as well as chronic health effects from skin absorption:    1) Oatey: All-Purpose Cement; CPVC One-Step Yellow Cement; Clear Cleaner  2) Hercules: Clear and Unpurple Primer for PVC and CPVC  3) Firestone: UltraPly TPO QuickPrimer LVOC Primer; Water-Block S-20; UltraPly TPO Bonding Adhesive  4) Johns Manville EPDM Tape Primer/Wash  5) Pur Fill 1G Window Foam
