On or about February 11, 2014, the exit route required employees to travel through a higher hazard area in that a 55-gallon drum of Synthesolv Blend solvent was stored on one side of the exit door and a 30-gallon flammable storage cabinet was positioned on the same wall and adjacent to the exit door.
