29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about 02/05/2014, at 1400 Collins Avenue, in Miami Beach, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working at the upper level of a second story staircase. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
