29 CFR 1926.405(d): Panelboards mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes or enclosures designed for the purpose were not dead front: On or about February 12, 2014; at the center of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize a temporary electrical panel that did not have adequate dead front in order to energize tools and equipment.
