29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the forks:    (a)  A work platform occupied by an employee was elevated by a rough terrain forklift and was not secured to the forks of the machine. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 14.6 feet.
