29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a program of frequent and regular inspections made by competent persons at the jobsite:    a) The employer did not inspect to ensure employees are de-energizing electric circuits before doing work on electric wiring. Employees were exposed to electric shock hazard when working on live wires, installing lights on a sidewalk canopy.     Location: 22 E 41st St, New York, N.Y.
