29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): When power operated tools are designed to accommodate guards, they shall be equipped with such guards when in use. a. On or about February 12, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, a skill saw was observed to have the blade guard bypassed by a wire tie, thereby exposing the employee to an amputation hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a. On or about February 12, 2014 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing siding operations approximately twenty two (22) feet above the ground was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
