Visible gauges or audible alarm or pressure activated devices were not installed to indicate or insure that the required air velocity was maintained. Filter rolls were not inspected to insure proper replacement of filter media. (a) Location: 400 Canal Street, Lawrence MA, 01840 On or about 2/12/2014, the employer did not ensure that the average air velocity in the paint booths was maintained at 100 feet per minute. The C.I.L. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315136598, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on (3/15/2011), with respect to a workplace located at 400 Canal Street, Lawrence MA 01840.
