The provided guardrail had gaps on both sides of the stairs approximately 13 1/2 and 15 1/2 inches wide.    Unit Drilling Company was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 894481, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/07/13, with respect to a workplace located at Unit Rig 304, 15 miles southwest of Canadian, Canadian, TX 79014
