29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1): Employees subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16 were not protected from noise by feasible administrative or engineering controls. When such controls fail to reduce the sound levels to within the levels of of Table G-16; personal protective equipment was not provided and used to reduce sound levels within the levels of the table: Employees working inside the generator shed for Rig #9 at SEC 33, TWP 33, R 6, 330 fsl, 660 fel, Anthony, Kansas were not provided with sufficient hearing protection to lower the sound levels from 125 dbA to 90 dbA.
