Employees of Watershed Construction were observed nailing shingles on a residential roof, using a pneumatic gun, without any eye or face protection, exposing employees to eye or face injury. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

Employees of Watershed Construction were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place.
