Portable electric equipment and flexible cords were being used in highly conductive work locations (such a those inundated with water or other conductive liquids), or in job locations where employees were likely to contact water or conductive liquids, were not approved for those locations. On or about 02/12/2014, at the SW corner of the dock entry area, a Husky 50' Extension Cord that was being used to plug in trucks to warm up the engines, was not rated for damp/wet locations.
