29 CFR 1910.1000(c): An employee was exposed to particulates not otherwise regulated (total dust) in excess of the 8-hour time weighted average limits of 15 mg/m3 listed in Table Z-3: 1.) On or about February 2, 2014 an employee working in the sandblasting booth was overexposed to particulates not otherwise regulated (PNOR) total dust at an 8 hour time weighted average of 310.00 mg/m3, which exceeded the OSHA permissible exposure limit of 15 mg/m3 by 2,067%.
