29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a.  On or about February 3, 2014, at the machine shop of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. no info available, circa 1800) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.     b.  On or about February 3, 2014, at the machine shop of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. Manhattan, Model No. 951210) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.     c.  On or about February 13, 2014, at the machine shop of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was observed exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a belt sander (i.e. Fadal Engineering Co.) which had unguarded ingoing nip points.     d.  On or about February 6, 2014, at the sheet metal shop of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. Delta, Serial No. 106-8514) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.     e.  On or about November 1, 2013, at the deburring room shop of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was observed exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a belt sander (i.e. Power Master) that had unguarded ingoing nip points.
