29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: (a) Intramural Building, Penn State University - An employee used a DeWalt DW708 compound miter saw to cut aluminum frames for the glazers. The outer sheath was torn through around the entire circumference of the cord where it entered the saw on or about February 10, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
