29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: (a). Worksite located at 1401 NW 38th Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to impact or struck-by hazards when framing the roof trusses. Employees were working insided of the trusses, passing through the trusses and handing materials overhead to employees and were not wearing head protection.
